So I, along with Billions of others in the world, LOVE dessert! Chocolate, creme, berries, caramel, etc... I especially love the Hot/Cold Combination like hot brownie with Ice cream and Hot fudge and caramel...stuff like that! Oh and Pastries of coarse! If you are looking for a place to go for delicious desserts try The Dodo, Oh my goodness! Everything I have tasted their was Heavenly! I won't forget my favorite, Normadie! The butter cream cookies are sooooo good!
I will have to say that I can be quite picky about desserts though. Like cake, it is a big waste of calories if the cake is not super moist. Dry cake=Nasty Wasty!
I have managed to find pretty good moist delicious cakes, but cupcakes.....I have not! So, I am on a quest to find a recipe for the best most moist delicious cupcakes! Being that it is February my first attempt at this will be a Red Velvet Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting! Yummness! Can't wait!
